3. Booking and Payment
To book our services, please visit our website or contact us via email or phone. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payment through major credit cards and PayPal. All fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing by VocalMastery.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson or class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. In the event that VocalMastery needs to cancel or reschedule a lesson or class, we will make every effort to notify you in advance and offer a suitable alternative.
5. Code of Conduct
We expect all students and clients to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times. Any behavior that is deemed inappropriate or disruptive by VocalMastery will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services without refund.
6. Liability
VocalMastery and its employees, instructors, and agents will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of our website or services. We are not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on our premises.
